Online shopping temptations.
Goodness, being sick and all tired and headache-y has led me to spend some time online window shopping. Little did I know that by doing that, I would have somehow accumulated a want-to-buy list of about.... 9 or 10 items worth? Tsk tsk. The dangers of browsing, I tell you. Payday is 2 weeks away and I'm really running low on cash, so its probably not a good idea to spend money now. Hmmm guess I've got to try and wait it out - as it is I ought to be going home to eat everyday now, boo! Sucks to be poor. Lol.

I hate my job, and I hate that I'm in love with someone who doesn't even bloody live in my country. What did I get myself into?

Bleary, dreary, weary
I think it's going to take me quite a while to get used to working life once again...!! Especially after such a nice long break, I'm still vaguely in holiday-mode. 4 (out of the original 8) people have moved away from my section, so it's really quiet and boring now, and plus the job scope is currently looking VERY bleak. Grrrrr.
I need to find something which excites and entertains me =(
And oh can anyone tell me where I can buy 4D around Tanjong Pagar / Shenton Way? :P

It's back to work on Monday...
And so my uber long holiday break draws to an end (about 4 weeks worth hehe) and I am about to resume work again on Monday. Feels kind of strange, and I kind of dread it, but at the same time... I need to get paid. Lol.
Harry just left this afternoon - I'm really sad - am going to miss him like mad. It kind of seems like a repeat cycle - the last time, he left and I started work the next week for 3 months, then took time off to be with him. And now, the same thing is sort of going to happen again (hopefully, because the seeing him after 3 months part isn't quite confirmed yet). Sigh. It actually makes me feel a bit disconnected with reality, because I sort of put my life at a standstill when he's back. But well, as someone wise said, "I'm stupid, I deserve it. Got so many men in Singapore must choose one who is going overseas." Haha. Ohwell, it's my choice and I've got to deal with it. He makes me happy, so I'll just have to be strong and bear with it.
The sweet boy celebrated my birthday for me in advance because he won't be here for the actual day. In addition to taking me out to dinner and giving me pretty stuff to wear, he also half-baked (I say half because he had help / helped someone do it! And there was food too mmm) me a cake! It's red velvet, in case you can't tell. Haha. So sweet right haha it's been ages since I had a cake I think... the last time being my 21st, probably.
Also had awesome pan fried foie gras (and other stuff but am too lazy to post all lol) at Le Bon Marche - which we waited AGES for and almost missed Sherlock Holmes as a result, bah. But guess it's a small family run bistro, so that was probably to be expected.Yay :)
